Doors & Windows: common questions

Can you repair a door instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. Sticking, rubbing and latch problems are frequently fixed by adjusting hinges, planing or re-hanging the door. If replacement is the better value, we'll say so.

Do you install the trim around new doors and windows?

Yes. Casing and trim are part of the same job, so the opening looks finished when we leave.

Do you do exterior doors?

Yes, entry doors and other exterior doors, including sealing and weatherstripping.
