Carpentry is our trade. The same crew that measures your room builds and installs the work, so the details you asked for are the details you get. Marcelo is on site or a phone call away the whole time.
Carpentry comes first. When your project needs more, the same crew can handle painting, flooring, doors and windows, kitchen and bath improvements, decks and fences and general repairs: everything except plumbing and electrical.

What homeowners ask us before saying yes
How long will my project take?
You get a start and completion date in writing before we begin. A door, a repair or a room of trim usually takes a day or two. Larger work, like a kitchen, a full floor or a deck rebuild, is scheduled and walked through with you week by week. If the timeline changes, you hear it from us first.
Will the price change once you start?
The written estimate is the price. It only changes if you ask for something different, or if we open a wall and find damage. Then we stop, show you, give you the cost in writing, and you decide.
Who will actually be in my home?
The same small crew every day, with no rotating subcontractors. Marcelo is on site or reachable throughout. We show up when we say we will, and we treat your home like someone lives in it, because someone does.
What if something isn't right after you finish?
We do a final walkthrough together, and nothing is final until you're satisfied. If something needs attention later, we come back.
